Return Policy: ● Before returning or exchange a product Please contact our Customer Care Representative for a return authorization number. ● No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. ● When returning a product, customer needs to provide the original invoice number and the reason of return. ● Product must be returned in their original, unused condition. ● Returns made after 30 days from date of purchase will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. ● No product returns will be authorized after 90 days. ● The determination about whether returned products are new or saleable will be made by Comfortland. ● Altered, discontinued products are not returnable.
Warranty: Comfortland products are warranted for manufacturing or materials defects. Soft Goods have 6 months limited warranty from the date of purchase.
